Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Cost

Delivery is free on all prints and frames, and it's tracked. Digital files are sent by email, so there's nothing to post.

How long it takes

• Your portrait: we usually email it to you within 24 hours of your order.
• Printing and framing: once you approve it, our UK print partner prints and frames it within 2 to 4 working days.
• Delivery: it then arrives within 3 to 5 working days.

From order to doorstep usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how quickly you approve your portrait.

Christmas

To receive a print or frame before Christmas, order by 10 December and approve your portrait as soon as it arrives. After that, choose the digital file, which arrives by email.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, or your parcel says delivered but you don't have it, email us at hello@ryzeink.com and we'll sort it out.
