Who we are

Ryze Ink is a UK business making personalised pet portraits from customers' photos. You can contact us at hello@ryzeink.com or Ryze Ink, The Facade, Holmesdale Road, Redhill RH2 0BB, United Kingdom.

How we make your portrait

We use AI image tools to create each portrait from the photo you send, then we check it ourselves before sending it to you. Every portrait is a new image based on your photo, so small details such as the background, light and fur may differ from your original. We aim for a clear likeness of your pet, and if we don't achieve it, our redo and refund promise applies (see our Refund policy).

Your photos

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you took it or have permission to use it. We may decline an order if a photo is unsuitable, for example if it's too unclear to make a good likeness, or if it contains anything offensive or that we're not permitted to reproduce. If we decline, we'll refund you in full.

Approving your portrait

We email your portrait for approval before anything is printed. Your order goes to print only once you approve it. Please check it carefully, including the spelling of any name you've asked us to add.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Print and colour

Colours can look slightly different on paper from how they look on a screen. This isn't a fault.

Using your portrait

Your portrait is for your own personal use, including sharing it with friends and on social media. We won't show your portrait or your photo publicly without your permission.

Cancellations, refunds and delivery

These are covered by our Refund policy and Delivery policy, which form part of these terms.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
